The world is shifting all around us in ways that we cannot predict or control. We know that the ruling classes are already planning to shape the future in a way that maintains and solidifies their power. Yet, if a microscopic virus has managed to bring global capitalism to a grinding halt, what possibilities could be unleashed by our collective imagination and our passion for liberation?

Call for artists and writers of the imaginary

We want your speculative creations. We want your stories, your art, your music, your screenplays, your poems, your monologues, your recipes, your songs, your hybrids, your reviews, your cartoons, your myths, your essays, your fairy tales, your maps, your multilingual mixed-media postcards from another time and place.

Send us your flashes, your fragments, your glimpses, your shorts, your imperfect, incomplete dispatches and musings about a yet unwritten future. There will be a time when we call for longer, complete, finished work, but for now, we are looking for seeds, wombs, possibilities. We want to see contributions that emphasize care over productivity, dreams over goals, desires over solutions, beauty over results. We are especially interested in contributions that break the molds of genre and blend mediums, techniques, and forms.
